There is a 3% +/- tolerance on all made to measure mats. If your mat is for a recess or mat well we recommend that you order the mat oversize and without a border so that the mat can be trimmed to fit on arrival.

Depending on the time of your order we endeavour wherever possible to despatch 'In Stock' products the same day. Orders should usually reach you in 1-2 working days. We offer free delivery to one address on all orders over £60.00 (excl VAT) in value. Orders less than £60.00 (excl VAT) pay a delivery charge of £8.50 (+vat). Guaranteed next day delivery is available at additional cost, if required.
