Depending on the time of your order we endeavour wherever possible to despatch 'In Stock' products the same day. Orders should usually reach you in 1-2 working days. The delivery time for non-stock items is indicated under 'Availability' on the individual product page. All deliveries will need to be signed for.
We offer free delivery to one address on all orders over £60.00 (excl VAT) in value. Orders less than £60.00 (excl VAT) pay a delivery charge of £8.50 (+vat). Guaranteed next day delivery is available at additional cost, if required.
A delivery surcharge of £25.00 (+ vat) is applicable for these regions and will be added to your order at check-out. Delivery times will also be slightly extended with stock items being delivered in approx. 3-5 working days.

Tredwell does not easily attract or hold dirt and is cleaned under normal conditions with a vacuum cleaner. Thorough daily vacuuming will extend the Tredwell’s life because accelerated wear occurs when traffic grinds embedded soil into the carpet fibre. Regular vacuuming will also enhance in-door air quality. HOST spotting kits are recommended for removal of any stubborn stains.
